I'm not 100% sure the most accurate title for them. They just walk around and dance in their underwear, but they do accept tips. I think it's best to call them "go-go boys" because they don't necessarily strip. They also have a nice patio area.īJ Roosters: Located on Chesshire Bridge near Jungle. Go here if you want a relatively chill evening without much pretense. Solid amount of good beer on rotating taps (finally!). They also have billiards area.Īmsterdam: Located near Ansley Mall on - get ready - Amsterdam avenue. It's a pretty multifaceted joint with a nice homie/smokey feel. Whether you want to party hard, sing karaoke, or just get a little buzzed on a weekday, you can do it all here.

On a good note, this place has fantastic (best I've seen) drag shows on Fridays, and according to /u/0p1e, they were voted the best in town!īurkhart's: Located up in a little strip mall-type area on Piedmont near where Piedmont and Monroe intersect. I've never really had a good time here, but considering the space alone, it has a ton of potential as a solid DJ venue. Seriously, why is the music always go bad here?! I've been there multiple times, and the music sounds incredibly generic it's like a stock "Techno" ringtone on your phone. Go here to dance the night away to shitty EDM by shitty DJs. Jungle: Located north of Midtown in a sketchy area on Chesshire Bridge (happy, fuckers?). Go here after you're already fucked up to see some people wearing weird shit and then dance the night away (or what's left of it) to dance-pop/EDM/older dance-pop/gay anthems. Solid dance floor with even better lighting.

Too busy being distracted by weird fucking porn on the TV to notice if they have beer on tap. I went here on a random date, and it was a chill, fun time, but I'm into sitting around and drinking/talking without doing much. just want to hang out with hairy, mostly out-of-shape, blue-collar bears? Their burgers are decent. Shitty beers on tap (like a sports bar!). Woof's: Located in Lindbergh (some say Buckhead, but those in actual Buckhead would not call this Buckhead). It's not a place I'd say all night, though. Go here for karaoke night and/or to get reasonably fucked up on a weekday and/or dance for a bit on the weekend. Go here if you want to get super fucked up and dance the night away to top 40 remixes/gay anthems/some EDM Many people pre-game here then mass migrate to Blake's. TEN: Dance bar located right across the street from Blake's. Go here if you want to get super fucked up and dance the night away to mostly top 40 pop remixes/sometimes EDM/pop depending on the night/day/holy shit I'm over-using slashes. Crowd is mainly 21~35, but there are certainly older, and - in my opinion - there is no age stigma. It depends what you're into, but here goes nothing:īlakes on the Park: Dance bar.
